What CSOMALL Makes

CSOMALL makes handmade jewelry from Czech glass beads, designed to be worn every day, not saved for special occasions. Every piece is hand-assembled at a partner artisan workshop in small batches — never mass-produced. Each piece is put together bead by bead and checked by hand before it is packed, and every order arrives gift-ready.

The designs start with Anna, Co-founder & Chief Designer, who sketches each piece by hand and chooses every bead color. CSOMALL was founded by Anna and William; William is the Founder and handles the business side of the shop. The shop's signature pieces are its grape cluster earrings, built around Czech glass beads — glass beads from the Jablonec region of Czechia, a region that has been making glass beads for centuries.

How Shipping Is Charged

Shipping is worked out at checkout, and the rules are stated on the Shipping Policy page:

• Standard Shipping: free shipping on your first order.
• Express Shipping: calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

One extra cost to know about before you order: customs, duties, and taxes are not covered by CSOMALL. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer, and if a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

The Shipping Policy page does not state a Standard Shipping charge for orders after the first one, so this page does not quote one — check the Shipping Policy page or your checkout for the figure that applies to your order.

Please note: CSOMALL does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). The policy page does not list which Asian countries are covered, so this page does not name them — if you are in Asia and unsure, email us before ordering (see below).

What Happens After You Order

1. Order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
2. Made to order. All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the artisans to craft, inspect, and package your jewelry before it is dispatched.
3. Shipping notification with tracking. Once your package has shipped, you will receive another notification with tracking information, and an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking system typically updates within 48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly on the website or through the carrier's portal.

They are estimates, not guarantees — delays may occur due to customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier peak seasons: United States 10–18 business days; Western Europe 7–12; Southern Europe 10–15; Northern Europe 10–14; Central & Eastern Europe 12–18; Ireland & Baltic 12–18; United Kingdom 10–15 (incl. customs clearance); Canada & Mexico 10–18; Australia 12–20; Southeast Asia (HK, SG, MY, etc.) 7–12.
