1. When will my order ship?
Most jewelry is made to order and will ship within 2-4 business days.
2. What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
3. How do I care for sterling silver or 14k gold filled metal?
Your jewelry will come with a tarnish free/tangle free storage bag and a soft polishing cloth, I also suggest lightly polishing the metal with the soft polishing cloth.
4. How do I select the right length for a necklace/bracelet/anklet?
Get a piece of string, wrap it loosely around your neck/wrist or ankle where you want your jewelry to lay. Measure the piece of string with a ruler. If the item is a gift, ask the recipient what size they normally wear.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment.
6. How do I get a Repair done or make a Return?

Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, CSOMALL cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage.
9. How do I use a coupon code?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from CSOMALL. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.
10.Why did I pay for several days without a tracking number?
Normally, we will send it out within 2 working days, and the transport time will be 3-10 days.
