EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
7. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.
CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION
Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location.
These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.
TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR
When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll update you on your order's progress.
CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID
All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.
csomall insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and csomall no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
