How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If your package seems delayed or the tracking has not updated, email us your order number and we will look into it for you.
How long does it take before my order ships?
Every CSOMALL piece is made to order by hand. Current processing and delivery timeframes are listed in our Shipping Policy.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry, custom items, and sale items cannot be returned. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
