  • Unique Variations: Each piece is handmade; therefore, slight variations in color, size, and texture are not considered defects but are unique characteristics of the product.

  • Production Time: Our products require a lead time of 3-5 business days before shipping. We are not liable for delays caused by the artisanal production process.

As we ship internationally from our fulfillment centers, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the origin country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which must be fulfilled by the buyer.
