Refund & Return Policy (EU Compliant)
EU Cooling-Off Period Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal:
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unsealed items cannot be returned)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
Standard Return Process (EU & All Regions)
- Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order (EU customers: counted from the date of delivery)
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Email csomall@csomall.com to request a return authorization
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- EU customers: original shipping costs will be refunded where applicable
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Defective Items Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos sent to csomall@csomall.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement
- Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- EU customers exercising the cooling-off period on already-shipped orders are responsible for return shipping costs
